Terms of Use
Last updated June 7, 2026
The short version: Iron Log is a tool for logging your lifts. It is not medical advice. Train safely, back up your own data, and use it at your own discretion.
Acceptance
By downloading or using Iron Log, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Iron Log on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Purchases
Iron Log is free to download and includes a limited number of free sessions. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited use. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not renew. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and refunds are handled under Apple's policies, not ours.
Not medical or fitness advice
Iron Log is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as such. Strength training carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You are solely responsible for training safely.
Your data is yours
Your log is stored on your device. The app gives you tools to export a backup and a CSV, and we encourage you to use them. We are not responsible for data lost because a device is lost, reset, replaced, or because the app is uninstalled. Keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
No warranty
Iron Log is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Iron Log, including any injury, lost data, or lost progress. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
